Withdrawal Policy
1. Withdrawal Process
- Parents/guardians seeking withdrawal of their child must submit a written application to the Principal/Manager at least one month in advance.
- The Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after all dues (fees, library books, etc.) have been cleared.
- Any request for a duplicate Transfer Certificate will require a formal application and payment of a prescribed fee.
2. Fee & Dues Clearance
- No refund of admission fees, annual charges, or any other fees will be entertained.
- If a student is withdrawn before the session ends, the full term fee must be paid before issuing the Transfer Certificate.
- In case of withdrawal after the start of a new quarter, fees for that quarter must be paid in full.
3. Automatic Withdrawal
A student may be deemed automatically withdrawn under the following circumstances:
- Continuous absence for more than 10 days without prior information or approval.
- Non-payment of school fees for two consecutive months.
- Disciplinary reasons, misconduct, or actions violating school rules.
4. School’s Right to Withdraw a Student
The school reserves the right to ask a student to withdraw on the following grounds:
- Indiscipline or misconduct affecting the reputation of the school.
- Unsatisfactory academic performance despite repeated guidance.
- Non-cooperation from parents in matters concerning school policies.
