Transport Facilities

1. Availability of Transport

• The school provides a safe and reliable transport facility for students residing in nearby areas.
• Transport routes and stops are fixed and may be revised based on feasibility and demand.
• Parents must confirm the availability of transport for their area before opting for the service.

2. Transport Fee & Payment

• Transport fees are charged separately and are non-refundable.
• Fees must be paid quarterly along with the school tuition fee.
• Late payment of transport fees may result in discontinuation of the service.

3. Rules & Guidelines

• Students must board and deboard the bus only at their designated stops.
• Punctuality is mandatory—buses will not wait for latecomers.
• Students must maintain discipline inside the bus. Misbehavior, damaging bus property, or disobeying staff will result in disciplinary action, including withdrawal of transport privileges.
• Parents are not allowed to board the school bus or interfere with the transport staff.

4. Safety Measures

• Every bus is assigned a trained driver and conductor.
• The buses are equipped with first-aid kits and follow all safety regulations.
• A staff member is present to ensure student safety and discipline on board.

5. Discontinuation of Transport Service

• If a parent wishes to withdraw from the transport service, they must provide one month’s written notice to the school office.
• The school reserves the right to withdraw transport facilities if a student fails to comply with the transport rules.
