School Fee and Other Dues

1. Fee Structure & Payment Schedule

• The school fee is payable quarterly (every three months) as per the schedule notified by the school.
• Payment Modes:
  • Cheque payments are preferred.
  • Online payment options (if available) can be used.
  • Cash payments are accepted at the school’s accounts office.

2. Late Fee & Penalty

• Fees must be paid on or before the due date.
• A late fee penalty will be charged for payments made after the due date.
• If fees remain unpaid for two consecutive months, the student’s name may be struck off the rolls. Re-admission will be subject to the discretion of the school and payment of all pending dues.

3. Refund & Adjustments

• Admission fees and annual charges are non-refundable.
• No fee concessions will be given once the session has started.
• In case of withdrawal, fees for the ongoing quarter must be cleared before issuing the Transfer Certificate (TC).

4. Additional Charges

Apart from tuition fees, parents may need to pay for:

• Examination Fees (if applicable)
• Transport Fees (for students availing of school transport)
• Library, Laboratory & Sports Fees (as per school norms)
• Mid-Day Meal Charges (for those opting for school-provided meals)

5. General Guidelines

• Parents are responsible for ensuring timely fee payments to avoid penalties.
• The school reserves the right to revise the fee structure as per requirements.
• No requests for fee waivers or discounts will be entertained unless officially announced by the school management.
