Admission Policy

Eligibility Criteria

1. Pre-Primary & Primary Admissions (Nursery – Class V)

   • Admission is open to boys and girls of all backgrounds, based on seat availability.
   • Age criteria must be met as per Hpseb guidelines.

2. Middle & Senior Classes (Class VI – XII)

   • Admission is granted based on the availability of seats and performance in the previous class.
   • A written entrance test may be conducted, followed by an interview.
   • For Class XI, students can choose streams (Science, Commerce, Humanities) based on their Class X board results.

Admission Procedure

1. Application Form

   • The admission form must be filled out completely and submitted with the required documents.
   • Forms are available at the school office and can also be downloaded from the school website (if applicable).

2. Documents Required

   • Birth certificate (for Nursery & KG admissions)
   • Previous school’s transfer certificate (for Classes II & above)
   • Report card of the last academic session
   • Passport-size photographs (recent)
   • Aadhaar Card (if applicable)
   • Category certificate (if seeking admission under reserved categories)

3. Entrance Test & Interaction

   • Students seeking admission to higher classes may have to appear for a written test.
   • An interaction with the student and parents may be conducted.

Fee & Payment

• The admission fee and other charges must be paid at the time of admission.
• Cheque payments are preferred.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in special circumstances as per school policy.

General Guidelines

• Admission is granted solely at the discretion of the school management.
• The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application without explanation.
• The date of birth once recorded cannot be changed later.
• Admission is subject to the availability of seats in the respective class.
